iDieselMax™ T REX: XLW Spin On Water Vessel, Thick Base, ICE 1” Head

The T REX vessel comprises an XL water vessel with sight glass on the side plus a water cartridge.

• Can be mounted using an ICE 1” head or a 1” yellow head, depending on how much space is allowed
• Water vessel has a thicker base at the bottom with two ½” ports blanked off
• ½” ports are there for a drain tap, water sensor etc.
• Note: the spigot shaft does not have pick up holes on the lower third of the shaft which gives extra place to accumulate water before draining

iDieselMax™- Mobile Tank Cleaning System (Basic)

Description: iCerMax™ Basic Two-Wheel Tank Cleaning Trolley

For tank cleaning up to 3 000 litres, it is compact & light, yet strong & easy for one person to handle & operate on site.

Trolley comes with two foam-filled wheels - eliminates punctures, ideal for rough conditions.

System consists of two XL spin vessels, one XL water vessel with sight glass on side plus one XL particle vessel. Both vessels are mounted onto trolley using ICE 1” heads.

• XL particle vessel has a cartridge consisting of multiple layers of 4 micron fully synthetic medium - removes fine particles
• XL water vessel has a cartridge consisting of a sheet of stainless steel mesh (water) & a 10 micron pleated layer of water treated paper (particle) - removes both free & suspended water & particle

System has a Puisi Panther 56 pump (220 volt) with a flow rate of 56 litres per minute.

It also comes with a pressure gauge between the two XL vessels with a mini mess sampling point after the XL vessels.

There are two ¾” clear reinforced hoses with quick couplers (inlet & outlet) with aluminium tubing & ball valves for pumping the diesel through the tank cleaning system in order to clean the diesel.

Trolley also has a removable drip tray.

Description: iCerMax™ Premium Two-Wheel Tank Cleaning Trolley for Mobile Tank Cleaning

Compact, light, robust and easy for one person to handle & operate on site.

Tank cleaning system consist of two spin on vessels:

• 1st one is a XXL spin on water vessel with sight glass on the side with a largely visible glass water trap and heavy duty drain valve, hose & drip tray. XXL water vessel has a cartridge consisting of stainless steel mesh (water) & 10 micron pleated paper (particle) - removes both free & suspended water plus a certain amount of particle
• 2nd one is a XXXL spin on particle vessel which has a cartridge consisting of 4 micron multiple layers of synthetic fibre medium

Both spin on vessels are mounted onto a flat plate using 1” yellow heads - minimum space required under vessels for cartridge change outs.

Trolley filtration system also has a Puisi Panther 56 pump (220 volt) with an OGM 25 flow meter, pressure gauge & mini mess sampling unit.

System also has two quick release couplers with ¾” ball valves, clear reinforced hoses (3 metre lengths) with aluminium tubing - suction & return lines for pumping the diesel through the tank cleaning system in order to clean the diesel.

Trolley also has foam-filled tyres (no punctures) making it ideal for use over rough terrain. It also has a removable drip tray.
